Analese Cuchetto

Analese is the owner of Harmony BMW. She is a licensed massage therapist, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor for mat and all Pilates apparatuses. Analese is also certified in SurfSET, Aerial silks, X'tract, Lypossage, Thai massage/body work, Reiki, Cupping, Chakra Balancing, MAT Jumpstart, Be Activated for the full-body, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral and Theta Healing. She completed her full certification in the Classical Pilates method through Body in Balance in 2004 and ever since has been deeply committed to continuing her education and understanding in all methods of Pilates and body work.
